Welcome to Lavish Looks Unisex Salon. By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Appointments and Bookings

  • Booking: Appointments can be made via phone, our website, or in person at our Kodathi branch.

  • Arrival Time: We recommend arriving 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service time or rescheduling to avoid inconveniencing other clients.

  • Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for reasons including, but not limited to, inappropriate behavior or health safety concerns.

2. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

We value your time and ours. To ensure smooth operations:

  • Cancellations: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

  • No-Shows: Frequent “no-shows” without prior notice may require a non-refundable deposit for future bookings.

3. Pricing and Payments

  • Prices: All prices are subject to change without prior notice. Prices may vary depending on hair length, texture, or the complexity of the service.

  • Payment Methods: We accept cash, UPI, and major credit/debit cards. Payment is due immediately upon completion of the service.

  • Refunds: Services are non-refundable. However, if you are unsatisfied with a service, please notify us within 48 hours, and we will do our best to rectify the situation.

4. Health and Safety

  • Allergies: It is the client’s responsibility to inform the stylist of any known allergies or skin sensitivities before the treatment begins.

  • Patch Tests: For specific chemical treatments (like hair color or keratin), a patch test may be required 24–48 hours in advance.

  • Medical Conditions: Please inform us of any medical conditions or pregnancies that may be affected by our services.

5. Personal Belongings

Lavish Looks Unisex Salon is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings during your visit. Please keep your items with you at all times.

6. Children and Pets

  • For safety reasons, children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

  • Please check with management before bringing pets into the salon to ensure a hygienic environment for all clients.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website or displayed at our reception desk.
